The 'Search by Corporate Structure' tab allows you to make use of corporate linkage structures in your search.

• Ultimate Parent D-U-N-S® Numbers - by entering the appropriate immediate parent or Ultimate parent D-U-N-S® number you can locate all the companies attached to that parent entry. Alternatively an uploaded file containing a set of D-U-N-S® numbers can be used by clicking on the 'Files...' button.
• Ultimate Parent Country/Region - allows you to search for groups where the global ultimate parent is located within specified countries/regions.
• Domestic Ultimate D-U-N-S® - by entering the appropriate domestic ultimate D-U-N-S® number you can locate all the companies attached to that ultimate entry. Alternatively an uploaded file containing a set of D-U-N-S® numbers can be used by clicking on the 'Files...' button.
• Immediate Parent D-U-N-S® - same as 'Ultimate Parent' and 'Domestic Ultimate' but in this case the entry will be for an immediate parent D-U-N-S®.
• Immediate Parent Country/Region - allows you to search for groups where the immediate parent is located within a specific country/region.
• Parent country/region - allows you to search for subsidiaries by the location of their immediate, intermediate or ultimate parent.
• Subsidiary country/region - allows you to specify the country/region or countries/regions in which the subsidiaries must be located.
• HQ country/region - allows you to search for branches by the location of their immediate, intermediate or ultimate parent.
• Branch country/region - allows you to specify the country/region or countries/regions in which the branches must be located.
• Number of branches - can be used to target groups with above, below or exactly a certain number of branches.
• Family members - can be used to target groups above, below or exactly a certain number of companies.
• Ultimate Parent only - tick this box to ensure that only those companies that are Ultimate Parents will be included in the result set.
• Domestic Ultimate only - tick this box to ensure that only those companies that are Domestic Ultimates will be included in the result set.
• Foreign Owned - tick this box. To ensure that only companies that are foreign owned will be included in the result set (foreign owned is defined as entities operating in a different country/region to their Global Ultimate Parent).
• Company Type - The drop-down window allows you to choose if the results displayed will be Subsidiaries Only OR Branches Only.

By choosing one or more of these options you can target specific groups by defining the location of the parents and/or subsidiaries and/or branches. By selecting one or more of the countries/regions listed for each field you can include or exclude any countries/regions. Multiple selections can be made by either typing in a list, connected with commas or the word 'or' or selecting from the browse fields (activated by clicking on the underlined words).

Click on the 'Clear Section' button to remove your entries for a specific section or the 'Clear All' button to reset all search fields. New criteria can then be entered as required.
